1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on Glamsz Wig Hub (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our wigs accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through this website or via WhatsApp at 0544291078. Payment is accepted via Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) processed securely by Paystack, or by arrangement through WhatsApp. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kasoa and Greater Accra. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp at 0544291078. Wigs that have been worn, used, or had their tags removed cannot be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable.

6. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final once a wig has been worn or tried on. We encourage customers to carefully review product details before purchasing. We offer consultations via WhatsApp to help you choose the right product.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, email, and delivery address solely to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your payment information is processed securely by Paystack and is never stored on our servers.

8. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving order updates and occasional promotional messages via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by messaging "STOP" to 0544291078.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and design is the property of Glamsz Wig Hub. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Glamsz Wig Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
